  4. Anyone hanging red deer in a domestic/Drinks fridge

    Looking at the prices of fridge van backs and walk in chillers considering just buying a big commercial fridge or a three in one chest freezer/fridge/chiller combo. Wondering if anyone has done the same and if there is any downside to having a carcass laid horizontally to vertically. TIA

  5. Red Deer Stags still roaring....

    Morning all, started the hind cull in the Cairngorms….and stags were still roaring last week, well a few were, not really holding hinds per se but a few still trying to look the part, and pushing young stags off….roaring on 17th November..crazy!...anyone else experiencing this?!
