This is a self contained, mobile Fisher deer larder unit.

Made and installed in the summer of 2019.

It has a large outdoor canopy prep area, an inner prep room which could be used for butchery and a chiller room which is designed to hold 30 fallow with ease however will hold far more if they are a mix of roe, Fallow and muntjac.

It is in extremely tidy, fully working condition.

Double sink with drainer,
separate hand washing sink,
undercounter water heater,
Commercial Hose reel
Fly electrocutor,
2x internal double sockets,
stainless wall mounted cabinet
1x external double socket
Professional AI Guidovie meat rail system with 35 trolleys

Outside, under the canopy there is a knee operated hand wash sink and commercial hose reel for washing down.

That’s only about twice what we paid for a Fisher standalone unit that holds 12-15 deer.

In other words it’s bloody good value for money - especially for anyone with a reasonable sized bit of ground who is getting WS2 funding…

Question has to be asked - what are you upgrading to?

and even some hobby / semi professional folk maybe know plenty full timers or estate stalkers who may be looking and word of mouth etc

Sauer and Donkey basher- both correct...

Someone will know someone on an estate that is in need of something and as you said, any estate that is large enough acreage will be getting a big chunk of money for the next 5 years assuming they've registered for WS1, which is the deer supplement.

Really got me thinking about whether it's time for an upgrade....

I should have added there is a 9" extractor fan in room 1. Also an electric hoist for skinning on with a skinning clamp to stop the trolley moving up and down the meat rail.

Also 2 electric hoists outside for winching directly out the back of a trailer or pickup and doing a suspended gralloch on. As per photos
