Wanted: Deer Stalking Mentor Near Shropshire

Morning all,

Ive had a few accompanied stalks and have a few more booked around the country which Im looking forward to, but I want to learn more field craft for deer.

I'm looking for someone near to Shropshire that is happy to share some knowledge and would be willing to allow me to accompany them on some outings where all I bring is a pair of binoculars and manual labour.

I have my DSC1 and like to learn alot of things online or from books but it cannot replace proper experience.

Not looking to shark any permissions or step on any toes, just some in person learning.

Happy to do the heavy work of lugging any carcasses around after the outings.

@Morkai , did this go anywhere? I’m in the same boat, but I’m hitting a chicken and egg brick wall with stalking. Need experience, but can’t make any in roads due to lack of experience. Same problem with FAC

I did, has to travel a bit but it was worth it.
