Dell ship date 25/01/21 with Dell Collect & Return warranty until 26/01/27. (I bought it from a Dell reseller, and the warranty was transferred to me, so can be transferred to new owner.)
Came with Windows 10 Pro, but was upgraded to Windows 11 Pro. Has been wiped & reloaded with Windows, the Dell drivers, and Dell apps.
All in excellent condition.
