Digiscoping what phone adapter do you use?

I have recently purchased a Swarovski ATX 85 spotting scope and want to digiscope with it. I bought a Swarovski VPA (variable phone adapter) but unfortunately it doesn’t work with my iPhone 13 Pro. Thought it was just me but following an email to Swarovski customer service they have confirmed it’s not compatible with my iPhone.
What are others using as a phone adapter and would it be compatible with my iPhone 13 Pro?
