Great condition, not used a lot. Comes as seen in the pics with the scope itself, two AMPSPLUS 4000mah 18650 Batteries from Norbert Polyak, a 2 amp charger, 35MOA picatinny rail and an EagleVision adjustable rail/mount (which didn't fit on to the Thermnight so I milled a slot down the centre of the picatinny rail and added two more screw holes for a properly secure fit).
