Dog being sick

Last night for no reason at all my dog was sick and there is fresh blood in her poo.
We are going to the vet today but does anyone on here have any ideas as to what it could be.

No point speculating just get your vet to diagnose properly, anyone on the end of a keyboard will just be guessing (probably even the vets on here, who would most likely say to do as you are and seek professional advice)

Turns out that she had picked up gastro enteritis.
