Dog training vest

Any of your other halves train dogs and if so what dog training vest they using? Iv seen a lot of positive reviews for the Pinewood ladies vest.

What's a dog training vest? Something worn by the dog or the handler? And if handler, is it underwear or outerwear? And is it only for training dogs for specific purposes (like tracking)? Just curious, as I've never heard of such a thing, despite having trained a lot of dogs. Sheepdogs.

Its a vest with large pockets etc for dummies when training gundogs.
