No idea but they came with a variety of filters. Assuming you done have these, the only suggestion is to make sure that you have not zoomed in to a very tight beam.
I didnt get any filters and i bought straight from the man that made it not sure if he is still about will try his phone as he was in the process of moving out of the building he was in
