Just needed a cordless drill, 3mm, 5mm & 6mm drill bits, and a 20mm paddle wood bit. And patience.
Didn't need to clamp it down even. Start with the two sling swivel points, and that allows you to temp fit the rail, so you can then drill the other two fixing points.
