Different level to the c50 I've been out with my drone pro x10 and I lad I knew had his c50 drone far better

I have both drone and c50. Miles apart in performance. Yet to see anything digital that comes close to drone. This is a bargain

The problem with the Drone is, once you’ve used one, nothing else will do as nothing comes even close to the same performance. Teamed with a Solaris SRX, It’s not just you can see the stripes on a badgers head at 600 yards, the Drone also works when it’s misty too.

Still the best Digital at the moment, although the new Alpex thats coming out looks worth a punt for £850 ish

Keep it -C50 is fine for rats or short range rabbit. I’ll never part with mine.

Worth trying over the PBIR-L ?

Can’t say the SRX is better than a PBIR-L as I don’t have one; I can say it works very well indeed and it’s better than my Darkengine torch by a good margin. My SRX has a dimmer; I keep it on low power and wide beam then crank it up if I need to - that way I don’t scare any shy foxes. But having said that, the ir is usually good at stopping a fox; whilst it wonders what it is, I get the shot off

I hope , as kevgun says, the new alpex changes this.

Still using DP 10 x ( 2017) and Ian Sirrel T66 to good effect.

I cannot afford thermal but looked through lots of mates thermals up to £ 4.5 K and not been bettered in my eyes for BACKGROUND SAFETY.
