dsc2 Eportfolio help!

Good evening,
Looking for some IT help more than anything!

I have recently signed up for the DSC2 course with BASC. I've logged into my e ortfollio without any issues, however, I cannot access the resources section paperwork as well as the list of approved witnesses.
I keep getting
"Dropbox uses an unsupported protocol" as an error message.

I have failed miserably to rectify this even after trying to download drop box and searching online for suggestions.

Anyone else had the same problem? Or any suggestions on how to get over this hurdle?!

I'll contact the training provider on Monday to see what they suggest.

I've just logged onto mine using Chrome, had no issues. The files are all pdf so make sure you have a pdf reader installed i.e. Adobe

You can't download the AW list, it's read only.
Also for the resources you don't need Dropbox, rather than copy to Dropbox there's a download link/button next to it, will go into your download folder on the laptop/PC.

Hi, yes, have studied the document, but still falling short somewhere.. Adobe reader is installed on the laptop and I can access the other documents such as the candidate CV form, but not the resources section and AW list for some reason.

Thank you for the link, I'll try on another PC I think.

There is a separate document that talks through the PDF process, but it sounds like that might not help either:
