Great, so lets re-do the entire test when you've already show you've met the standards in some areas.

How efficient is that, other than for those making money out of the process.

Or perhaps that's why they're now charging AW's to be registered.

Tried putting a couple of degrees course change on the wheel of the good ship basc around 15 years ago, without success ...... come to think about it, never met or heard of anyone getting a result.
