It may be recalled that l was stupid enough to lose an eyecup from my Zeiss Dialyt 7 x 42 B GA T* P bins on Saturday.

Following a recommendation from the forum, on the same day l emailed East Coast Binocular Repairs with my tale of woe. I received a prompt and helpful response from Gary.

Today - Thursday - l returned home to find an envelope containing not one but a pair of replacement eyecups on my mat, with a “With compliments” slip from the excellent Gary.

This is exemplary customer service, and it won’t be forgotten.
