Help!!

I've had about 4kg of elderberries in the deep freezer for longer than I care to admit

I'm loathe to throw them away, but I've no idea what to do with them now. Jam? Jelly? Gin?

Hopefully some of you guys & gals can give me some suggestions?

I'd be tempted to ferment them into a country wine, if you're able to get your hands on some good quality juice without any faff in it then that's what I'd be doing. I've never fermented elderberries on their own but with some apple juice it'd make something rather delicious
