COULIN ESTATE – GENERAL ESTATE WORKER/SECOND STALKER
Coulin Estate is a busy and diverse Highland Estate, encompassing stalking, forestry, conservation, hydro and tourism. We are looking for a motivated, self-starter to join the Head Keeper on the estate. The role will be diverse and involve all aspects of estate life, to include:
• Property maintenance and checks.
• Biomass heating system management and maintenance.
• Assistance with stalking, fishing and sporting lets.
• Support and delivery of an ambitious conservation, woodland creation and peatland restoration project across the estate.
• Hydro scheme support.
• Grounds maintenance.
• Road repairs.
• General estate duties and errands.
• Grass cutting.
• Support with holiday guests.
A driving licence and firearms certificate are essential. It would be desirable to already be in possession of argo and quad tickets, as well as PA1 and 6 spraying tickets, first aid, DCS 1 and chainsaw certification, although training can be provided in this regard. Good accommodation and a competitive salary is provided.
