I do not disagree but surely we have enough problems of our own to take care of we are far from perfect at that, so why should we take on any other countries cast offs. Does the good ones outway the bad. As you keep mentioning about the benefit system,we have enough unemployed to train up for the the jobs that the foreigners take.There are a lot people say will not work but if there easy monies were stopped altogether they would soon take any job. Crime pays, until we have a system of punishment without dogooders and human rights it will continue there is nothing the criminals fear. We have enough rubbish going on in the country without anyone elses

It has been suggested that they may be illegals or failure to exit after being given visitor or similar short term visa's, either way an example of very poor border controls and possible evidence that we need to 'get our own house in order'

Earlier last year the PM actually admitted the government do not know how many illegal immigrants are in the country. The best thing the immigrants can do is to loose a passport. That way the British system collapses they do not know what to do with them and just set them loose and tell them to get a new one and then we can send them back from whence they came. All the other European countries think we are a soft touch.

How short memoried we are at times. I'm sure many of us will remember a series back in the early 80's called 'auf wiedersehen pet' which featured a group of Geordie builders which went out to Germany to work as the money was better. It was commonplace then for British builders to go and work in Europe.
I don't have a problem with any hard working person wishing to better their life. If it wasn't for Eastern Europeans, many of the crops in East anglia would remain in the fields.
I believe that anyone that is able to work should be given work if they are to receive any money in 'benefits'. Even if it is clearing litter form the side of the road or similar. That way many of the proper scroungers would be prevented from moonlighting or becoming Ebay power sellers at our expense!

Which is why graduates from Romania come here, because there are too few people in the UK qualified to work in construction, and it pays well.
