Exposed quick

So my GSD ripped off a claw today just below the quick, which has been left somewhat exposed, with the clear almost peeling around it. She doesn’t seem more bother by it than usual (hates having her claws done) but aside from monitoring it is there anything I can do? Or if she does nick it should I do anything other than apply a clotted?

Warm saltwater foot bath for a few days and keep an eye out for toe swelling and any increasing pain or lameness.
