Fallow Buck - black spots in neck, dark lumps on lung

Tex

Neck shot a 2 or 3 year old fallow buck and found my first case of little black lumps alongside the windpipe, about the size of lentils. Assuming these are heamal nodes?

Also found two or three grey hard lumps in the lungs with some grey/purple surround, lump about the size of a garden pea.

The rest of the animal was in peak condition, feet, lymphs, liver etc.

Thought I’d come for an opinion whilst it hangs. Forgive the appalling butchery, I only ever bag something when I’m supposed to leave for work in half hour or at last light.
