Matt, roedeerred is referring to one that I missed, a neck shot off sticks at his place, and I replied as such to remind him of a rather fraught day that he had not so long ago.

I have lots of ground with fallow and muntjac on but have never shot a roe or red. Would anyone like to swap a few days after fallow doe's for a day or more after a roe doe or red hind? PM me if you like.
