Finally here!

Arrived in the post serendipitously on my birthday, my chamois. Prepared by the friend who guided me on my successful stalk and soon to be mounted in my home office. Horns aren't as big as the photo makes them look but I'm not bothered by that, was a childhood dream come true to hunt one.

Thanks guys. They're very proud of their hunting heritage there and Ralph, who did the prep, was also the one who guided me on the successful stalk.

@SteveW Trip was in Austria, Vorarlberg region last year. Was pretty special.

I ski in a lot of areas where the chamois are, and have always meant to do a bit of digging to get contacts, for some reason never asked!
