Sold: Five berth static caravan

I have a five berth caravan that’s in good weatherproof order that is no longer required

The caravan is the static type with living area and kitchen plus wc and shower

The latter would need some work to make serviceable - as in connecting pipes - but not beyond diy by any stroke of the imagination

The caravan has been in situ since 2015 at a location in North Yorks on hard standing with access tracks that are used by HGV forestry vehicles

It was moved professionally 18 months ago within the same area to a new location

I’m offering this for free - but the person taking it on assumes responsibility to remove it at their cost

The caravan is a Willerby and double glazed / furnished

Has power connection for generator hook up and gas

It will cost at least £500 in transport to remove as a ball park figure

There is also a container that will come with the caravan or available separately again at zero cost

The caveat being you arrange your own transport to remove

I have a video of the caravan interior taken yesterday (2nd May 24)

Images show the caravan can be connected easily to electric, gas, water and waste pipe provided to connect to septic tank or mains sewer (the caravan was previously connected to a septic tank )

I'm genuinely surprised this hasn't been taken yet. If we were allowed caravans on our syndicate I'm sure us as a group would have chipped in for it! Cheap dry digs

Had many a comfortable stay in it, this is a cracking van. Can't believe this is still there, Just brought back a memory of having a full english with Miffy & co in it, & shooting a buck from the kitchen door between the bites

But an end of a long legacy of work (20 yrs) conducted by volunteers to provide cheap stalking to the inexperienced and those without anywhere to go due to budget

The rot started by an individual covetting the ground and sowing the seed of doubt
