Finnbear, try the 52 gr Nosler custom match (hollow points), they are cheap (pack of 250) and extremly accurate.
Out of a 22-250 they are excellent on deer too. Although I prefer something bigger for deer.
I'll try the 52 & 69gr versions once I have my 1in8 twist t3.
Also got a few 52 a-maxes left to compare.

Strange Edi, I changed from Vmax a good way back, was having big trouble with them, maybe I was pushing them too quick, I found Amax to be the dog's danglies, also can substitute 40gn noslers straight on the 52gn Amax loads.Steve.
