fox skins

if I want to keep some fox skins, what would you guys say is the best time of year, winter months, right?

also, headshots are not always possible, so would you say I should go FMJ or is that just not ethical?

Winter skins are by far the best, shoot them in the front of the chest ( between the front legs). When you skin it make your cut right down the middle from the tip of the bottom jaw to its a hole, this removes the entry hole and if you can use a small cal rifle you won't have an exit hole to sew up

A well placed Texas heart shot, then you have no problems with damaged pelts.
I would disagree not every time.
this was 2 of mine last week.

22250 (which usually doesn't exit).
