Hi All,

I'm looking at getting a foxpro and possibly have the option of getting one from the states Foxpro patriot Ive seen a thread with UK calls for this but for the life of me I can't find it again does anyone have a link to it?
Does anyone have any experience with foxpro patriot?

The problem with buying calls from the states is the remotes are a different frequency from ours , so if you have a problem with the remote you cant buy one here to replace it ,and to get one from the States postage is more than the remote lol HTH

Here’s the FP site with downloadable calls but you will probably need to set the volume very high to get the calls heard by the target quarry cos they are largely ‘merican!

IMHO far better to get an Icotech 500 from Best Fox Call - lots of calls, excellent service and a free supply of UK ones upon request.

Been using the Patriot for a number of years now, had a few different Foxpro units and a few from BFC over the years. The Patriot works for me i like how the remote is set-up, buttons are nice and big so no messing at night, sounds are great get if you get it up on a bank stick you will get plenty of distance from the unit. BW FoxPro Patriot Digital Caller have deals on them now and again this is my 2nd Patriot as i left the first on the farm and some tosser nicked it, too top it off i drove off with the remote on the 4x4 never to be seen again

I would go with the Icotech 500 as suggested by @Foxyboy43 suggested. I’ve had a Foxpro and now use the Icotech unit as well. I can’t really describe why but the call sound cleaner or sharper to me. If that makes any sort of sense. I have also found the battery life better.

A friend of mine is bringing it over from the states and If I get one in The UK the import taxes to Ireland increases it by a fair bit so I said I'd try it but I'll give it a go and see how it goes. If anyone comes across UK calls please post a link here
