FX DRS.25 Tactical

I'm thinking of getting one of the new FX DRS Tactical rifles in .25 cal, and wondered if anyone here has one.
If so, have you found the factory power setting adequate for longer range shooting, and what sort of ranges is the rifle good for using 33.95 gr pellets?

I’ve not had experience with one of these but a note of caution with ordering an FX, I ordered one through my RFD via SGC on 11th April, being told it’s a three week wait for delivery, so far I’ve had 5 delivery dates, including on 21st May FX themselves e-mailed to say it had been shipped that week,I had the latest last Wednesday and was told “this week for sure” I’ve just today spoken to SGC again and you’ve guessed it’s not in the country
So, if possible find one on the shelf as it seems getting one from FX could prove a challenge , good luck buddy.

very nice and very light
definitely a premium rifle

not aware of a .25 version though
that may be the issue

Many thanks for that, Mate. I'm in no hurry, only having just put the variation in! Knowing D&C variation times, it could well be that FX will have produced yet another model by the time mine comes through!

I, too, am unsure about the walnut version, but as it's the tactical I'm after, there's no problem. But thank you for the info.

There's a guy on Youtube 6ppc I think he's called , shooting crows at 200 yards I think thats a 22 / 25 cal ppc .

I think you will find that is with a FX King.

I've got a DRS sub 12 .22 and a DRS Tactical FAC uin .25. Both extremely accurate, but the .25 plus an Alpex Lite works brilliantly out to silly ranges!
