DSC1 and a licence from the food standards agency

I have one and its not that onerous to acheive it just takes diciplin and a bit of comon sense.

I applied on line, did my best to meet the HACCP regs, had a site inspection at my home and got a cert.

I have a Foster fridge as a chiller and my kitchen as a meet prep area and I got a top 5 star rateing .

Top tip if your asked what temperature your dishwasher runs at its over 82c

Dettol surface cleener is acceptable as a steralizing agent and must be left on equipment for min 5mins before wipeing off
