The latter type of DIY shoot you mention is the back bone of game shooting in GB and hense p/time keepers out number the full time by at least 2 to 1 at least in my neck of the woods .

For myself. I stopped game shooting at the end of last season.. I lost the enjoyment from it . Ive always prefered Stalkung or Wildfiwling as I could chose when and where I went and could do what I wanted to do. In a syndicate there has to be a leader and their decision may or may not always be correct in every one's eyes, that can lead to behind back bitching not an enjoyable day when things like that happen.
