Found a great hard case on Amazon.

It’s a bit of a lump and quite heavy. But it is exactly what I was looking for. It is long enough to comfortably fit my rifle (and lots of other bits of kit) without removing the moderator and it is as solid as a rock. I was in two minds about buying it but it’s so much better than my old hard case. Catches lock into place really well. Not sure about the “pick and pluck” foam insert but this is easy enough to replace. If anyone else is looking for a heavy duty Peli style case, I would recommend this one.
