Any body tried the good nature squirrel trap ? I purchased one and haven't had a single strike , advice anyone?
Thought I would try it on another site can't find the lure paste , dog must of got bored sitting in the jeep and eaten it
Anyone know recipe for home made lure ?

Hi apthorpe , thanks for the advice, the trap looks well made , screwed it to a tree wrapped it in camo cloth ( as the orange colour begs it to be stolen) spread some old chocolate spread on the tree and no hits

The Kenya trap is expensive but easy to set and very effective. Bought one for a neighbour living on her own who was having problems in the garden. She caught. 100 in just over a year.

The goodnature is good in theory but crap in practice.

I know several people including myself who have tried them for grey squirrels and the catch rate is virtually nil.

Odd because Squirrels have to be about the easiest animal to trap in the world.

Well that's a waste of £150 on a useless trap
Hi Jimo just goggled Kenya trap and can't find any info on it and idea on who stocks the trap please

The Goodnature is about as much use as a chocolate fireguard when it comes to catching squirrels..... over 6 months I’ve had 2 strikes and I know the second one was a mouse.

I might try putting it inside a tunnel to see if that tempts them inside.
