Hi,
It's nice to get a good customer service from a company.
I called Bushwear yesterday about my Primos sticks, which are just shy of a year old. Told them the problem. Received the new ones today. Picked up the faulty ones. They even sent a email stating the delivery time, within an hour window, which it was.
very pleased with there service, no fuss.
I also lost the lense cover off my Vortex binoculars a while back. Emailed the company in the states asking about U.K. Suppliers of the covers. Not a problem, asked for my address and sent 2 new covers free of charge from the U.S
2 companies I will be dealing with again.
