Not feeling to great I didn't go stalking but popped up a farm to snipe a few crows with the HMR from the car but also took the 3030 that I loaded with 100gn bullets two kind fellows sent me over a year ago now.

I made a simple scoop from a 410 case, a matchstick and araldite!
It throws around 5.5gn of red dot.
Normally for my subsonic heavier bullets I have to elevate 25moa but for these I started at 15moa up but decided it needed 18moa.
These are super sonic.
They show promise, next test will be to see if they will stay on half a house brick at 50yds.
The 100gn Speer half jacket bullets are horrible to seat with the Lee bullet seating die. A Lyman m die would help but the Lee crimp die went a long way to straighten some yaw on the bullet.
I really enjoy the versatility of this rifle and am indebted to the many kind members that have sent me their unwanted bullets ( and some more are on the way!) . Many a small game has been had via your kindness
