I just had a great experience with Surplus Store in Crawley. I rang up to check stock on a Nuprol XL Hard Rifle Case Black PNP Foam.
They had 2 in stock. Placed an order, it arrived within a few days. Decent price, fast delivery. I open the undamaged box all look well. Proceeded to modify the pick and pluck for my rifle. Fitted it, closed the lid and……. A broken catch…….
Rang them up the next day, explained the problem, told then it’s a great bit of kit, heavy, well made and provides a huge amount of protection.
This morning the replacement arrived.
