Anyone any experience with one of these in the field? I’m picking up a new to me M12 in .243 on Monday next week that comes with one and a standard synthetic stock.

Rifle will be dual purpose and used predominantly with NV for fox off quads, but also for CWD and Muntjac with a day scope mainly stalking rather than from a high seat.

I honestly prefer lighter synthetic stocks, but found the fit of the GRS very good with the LOP option and adjustable cheekpiece. Also found the angled grip good too - I normally don’t get on with pistol grips- but felt great in the hand, just overall, a bit hefty.

Anyone using one of these stocks on their deer rifle? I’m 53😳 relatively fit and happy to tramp a good few miles…..but always used synthetic stocked rifles. Wondering if people had found the additional weight of the GRS an acceptable compromise when out and about. Thanks.

I’ve been hoping GRS bring out an Option for the M12 in a synthetic option. Might have to take the laminate plunge If not.

I don't experience any problems with the standard synthetic stock on my M12 Impact .308 and I've had it out in all sorts of conditions. Deer out to 200m, 12" steel plates to 600m and it's nice to shoot offhand.

Is that a grs stock? It’s very nice. I’m looking for a thumbhole for my m12

Fine Ballistic Tools do a carbon thumbhole stock for the M12.

Here is a the reply I got from Innogun, who are the reseller for them:

price for FBT REVOLUTION for Mauser M12 all models (stock only) is 1462,19€ plus vat and shipping.
Delivery time will be at least 8 weeks.
They fit plug and play.

I don´t think anyone has them in stock in the UK.
