I expect a tooly to have learnt how to use all machines.
The problem with getting established will be having to be a registered RFD to handle the in/out paperwork that comes in and providing workspace & security levels of an RFD while still having a day job. Or save up first then do the deep dive, I was going to go full in before the 1997 pistol ban and am sure the FEOs are still thinking the same way to keep wanabees out of getting guns.
