Sold: GWP pup

On the look out for a black coloured German Wirehaired Pointer female pup to bring on as a dedicated deer dog. (Docked tail preferred).

Central Scotland ideally, but will travel for the right pup.

Recommendations on any available litters would be much appreciated.

Not what you are asking for but Germanus have a young liver male GWP that needs rehoming - pm me if you want more details. (it's is docked so 1 out of 3 is better than nothing )

If not Ian Wh who I think is in Cumbria has some very impressive looking deer trained GWPs so he might be worth contacting to see if he as a litter planned. I think he's on this forum as Northern Gun.

I fetched a GSP back from Slovenia 3 years ago and it's no major headache to do one you find a reputable breeder.

Yes, have seen his post.
Cracking looking pups.
But liver/white, rather than black/white which is our preference.
(Would also involve a 960 mile trip to get to Toms and home)

I have one of Ian’s pups from a previous litter. She’s 3 now and coming on leaps and bounds!! I’ve took my time with her, just this morning she excelled in her most difficult track on a beast yet!! Fantastic nature in her, eager to please, and mad for work. Ian’s a good guy too, he will keep you right. Worth the wait!!
