I am by no means a “tech guru” so it was a pleasant surprise when I stumbled upon a device on Amazon that attaches to your iPhone/ipad and can read and transfer images/videos there and then. They are £6 on Amazon,

You plug it in, put the SD or micro SD card in and then go to the “files” app, and you can view, download all the content, I sent a 100mb video via WhatsApp using it the other day and the simplicity was great.

Good for trail cams, drone footage, trigger cam etc.

Hopefully it helps someone.

You just need to make sure you get the right connector, older Apple use Lightning whereas newer ones use USB-C.
I tried this but I swap my varifocals for Dennis Taylor’s bifocals when out shooting, consequently I struggled to see what I was doing because I purposely got the reading part of my glasses as small as possible.

These are handy and I've used one years ago with an old iPad.

I've just found out after having my Samsung phone for nearly 3 years that I can either put in a second SIM card or a micro SD too in the same slot🤦🏻‍♂️

It may be worth checking if your phone has the option for extending the storage and has an SD card reader built in like mine😂🤦🏻‍♂️

Good man. I ordered one today - to save all those many times when I remember to hit the record button!

Just remember to press the Record button - it makes a difference and if you don’t want to sit up all night make sure you stop recording too!
