Does anyone have any ideas on how to install a hanging rail in my chiller?
It has nothing side. Thought about scaffold. Has anyone used anything else?

Various options, bolt to ceiling or make a freestanding frame internally with key-clamp, or buy purpose built from the likes of Donington deer. Try searching on here this topic has been covered extensively numerous times

Hi, I used these key clamp fittings:
Then used 120mm x8mm bolts to bolt them straight through the chiller ceiling with some 50 mm washers on top. I built a cheap velvor 240v winch on top of the chiller to lift the deer to hang them or lift them off the rails , all done for about £80 .
Kindest regards, Olaf

Same as above. Freestanding frame with key clamp tube & fitting. Also we put the small single T fitting with a bit of tube & a cap (stop scratches) to brace it from opposite 4 sides of the chiller if that makes sense really strong and sturdy.

You could use all thread rod down through the roof making sure you use a 4" square plate as a big washer on the top. That plate would not need to be to thick it's to spread the weight across a bigger area.

Make an internal frame.

It's only limited by your skills, and resources. No offence but it's obviously not something you do but someone who welds or builds stuff would come up with different options.

If you use an all thread or long bolts you can bolt am angle iron section, pipe or channel on the underside.

You are only limited by your imagination. If you can imagine it, see it or draw it up you can work out how to bring it together.
