Hatchers Rifle Stocks - Any Experience?

Just sorting one out for my m/s 1910 7x57 barreled action. Cameron is very easy to deal with. About £40.00 to post then tax I guess. He seems to be well respected in Oz and a lot of custom and bespoke rifle builders use his stocks. A lot of the sporting designs were from patterns which Geoff Slee created and Cameron was able to buy from his estate.
They are also very good value. Even with shopping and tax.

Thanks, I’ve sent them an initial enquiry!

Hatcher duplicates walnut stocks off a pretty extensive collection of patterns he has on hand. He only supplies semi finished stocks. They are inlet to the specified action, but need to be finished, checkered, etc. He can supply a basic grade blank through to fancy walnut if desired.

The below is a stock that was completed earlier this year from a Hatcher semi finished stock. All additional work was done for me by a stock maker in Queensland. All the finishing work, the ebony forend, checkering, cross bolts etc were added after Hatcher supplied the machined stock in the semi finished state. This stock is from a basic grade piece of walnut which is going on my sons 458Win rifle.
