Check your browser settings. I also clear all cookies on closing it. But have defined SD as a site for which there is is an exclusion.
This on a PC. iphones unfortunately don't offer this. Either delete all or non.

you need to delete the cookies/temp internet files cache…

How to Clear Cache on the iPad?

1. Open Settings.
2. Swipe down and tap Safari.
3. Swipe down again and tap Clear History and Website Data, tap it once again to confirm.
