HCCAP Template?

I need to provide an HCCAP - I can find loads of generic food business ones online but nothing specifc to what we do.

Does anyone have a template that they would be able to send me to save me creating from scratch please?

The DEFRA HACCP Tool is very user-friendly and can be tailored to your exact circumstances. Moreover, you can revisit it as things change and amend it as well as printing it in a professional form - I'm now on version 4 of mine (its still simplistic IMHO) but its acceptable to my EHO.
