Head repair

A bank gave way under my weight. Stock head cracked and lost the splinter. Any advice for how to fill?

Good evening @AdamBragg, apologies for posting these on the thread rather than messages but I don’t know how to attach them easily. The gun was second hand but my 30th birthday present from my entire family and friends (and basically everyone I’d ever met at that stage) so I appreciate it may not be sensible to repair but I would like to do so. It doesn’t have to be pretty, or retain its value as it will never be sold.

Just a suggestion, but have you explored the option of obtaining a replacement stock, new/used? I think I would have to in your shoes, good luck with whatever course of action you decide.

Hopefully I can get it repaired, it is an adjustable stock so I am loathed to lose it.

Just bear in mind that if you need a shotgun or parts thereof transported to @AdamBragg I'll be heading over to Suffolk in early spring (if not before), and could meet you en route as last time.
