Hello from Canterbury!

Hi everyone! Just wanted to quickly introduce myself. My name is Jerome and I’m a 29 year old based near Canterbury in Kent. I have been into driven and rough game shooting for about two years now having started on the clays some years ago. I’m keen to expand my shooting repertoire and so recently attended a BASC Pre DSC1 course and am now intending to book my DSC1 in the next couple of months. I have been out rabbit shooting with a farmer friend but aside from that I’m still very new to the rifle world and so am keen to get more practice and experience!

I love being outdoors and have a growing interest in the natural world and conservation. I’ve been recommended to join the Stalking Directory and hope that it will help me to learn a great deal, meet new people and potentially open up some opportunities to get out in the field!

It’s great also to see so many people from the local area also, including from my home town of Canterbury! If there are any local meet up opportunities then I’d always be keen for a beer or two!

We are a friendly bunch with a massive pool of knowledge, so fire away there is no such thing as a daft question.
There must be something about the Canterbury area as I’ve met several new stalkers from around those parts.

By the way if you do suffer from nerves and lack the confidence to post a seemingly silly question just pick someone you judge to be knowledgable and private message them with your question, they will not bite, we all started somewhere
