Hello!
Just wanted to introduce myself and say hello! I am 39 and living just south of Winchester.
I’ve shot for most of my life. Mainly air guns and shotguns for sport, but also served in the Army and spent lots of time around firearms.
Originally from South Wales, but I have lived and worked abroad for a while and now settled in Hampshire with my wife and new baby boy.
I would love to start Deer stalking but I do not know anyone in the area or where to start really so looking to gain some knowledge and experience and build a bit of a network again.
My plan is to pay for a few guided stalks, complete my DSC1 in the new year and then use this as justification to apply for my FAC and hopefully get some permission reasonably locally.
I’m also into wildflowing and pigeon shooting / pest control.
Looking forward to interacting on here and learning / helping out as much as I can.
