Hello from Southeast Georgia, USA

My name is Daniel Muldrew and I am 28 years old, I have enjoyed hunting my entire life here in the southeastern part of Georgia, USA(Statesboro, Georgia). I have a lot of experience hunting whitetail deer from what I understand is called a highseat in the UK. I have some experience stalking deer but that is not common here. I have stalked wild hogs here in the US on many occasions.

I have a 30-06 that I use for almost all of my deer and hog hunting.

I am joining because I visit friends in the UK about twice a year for about 2 weeks, and I would like to use some of that time to go hunting and learn what hunting is like in the UK. I would especially like to hunt Roe Deer or Red Deer.

Thanks for the warm welcome, and yes I would certainly like to trade advice and contacts. I have some friends who have hunted around Augusta, and I hunt about 1 hour drive from Augusta.

When I come to the UK I go to London, but I almost always venture out to trout fish or do something else outdoors.

What time of year are you typically in the US?
