Hello,
I’ve dipped in and out of this site for several years now and thought it was about time that I actually signed up and perhaps contribute occasionally.
My name is Lee, I’m from and still live in Southsea (Portsmouth) and have been shooting and home-loading for the past 39-years…and am still learning!
I started off with handguns back in the day before moving on to rifles after the ban.
I’m not a target shooter, but do “punch paper” at local ranges and on private land on a pretty regular basis to keep my skills up.
I completed my DSC 1 about 10-years ago and have only connected with a small number of deer in that time (mainly Roe).
I’ve run (and continue to run) a small pest control business for the past 25 -years and became an RFD 6-years ago.
The reason for setting up as an RFD alongside the pest controlling, was primarily to help support my buddies in the shooting community, to ensure we have the best supply of firearms and reloading consumables - powders, projectiles and primers…don’t even get me started on the mythical primers...or should I say, the lack of!!!
My personal firearms include: a couple of .22lr’s, 2 x .22 Hornets, 1 x 6mm BR, 2 x .45-70 Govt's, 1 x 6.5 Creedmoor, 1 x .30-30 Win and a couple of, 308 Win's.
So many guns…so little time to use them!
