How old is it, they have a 25 yearCan anyone on here help with this? It’s my pals leatherman - don’t know if worth fixing but certainly worth asking!
Thank you
It’s out of warranty sadlyHow old is it, they have a 25 year
I actually told my pal that would be raised - although surprised it tool so long!!The problem really is quite clear, it's obviously the sandals![]()
It’s been fractured for a year or two I gather and finally wentWhat was he doing with it?
Second this. Print the form off Whitby and co, they only want basic details. Send weatherman off with the form, If they can’t fix it, they usually replace it. Worth a go !Firstly try whitby & co, really good to deal with, I'll be amazed if they can't help, or just buy a replacement blade and fit it, or regrind it shorter
On a similar vein, I sent a buck knife back to them which I bought from a bargain bin in a Florida gun shop, after many years of abuse and various tip snaps and regrinding, it finally snapped mid length. Buck (via whitby & co) replaced it with a newer model, obviously Buck give a lifetime warranty and not a measly 25 years with their productSecond this.
