Help needed new to reloading

I bought a full reloading kit from a local gun shop which has since closedown and I have been trying to set my system a RCBS Rebal press up with uniflow powder measure -3 and I have found that the metering cylinder and lock screw are two different sizes as in the threads as not even close. The hole in the metering cylinder will accept the lock screw but only up to the threat which is to large in diameter to fit the hole in the cylinder. I thought it was that the lock screw was just an incorrect part so contacted RCBS in the USA and they sent the replacement lock screw from the part number in the manual but it is exactly the same so I didn’t know if it was then the drilled hole on the cylinder but before I try to get this from somewhere does anyone know if there is a different cylinder or lock screw on another model that I could try?

Also does anyone know the uk importer so I can try to deal with them over this rather than going via the USA.

Many thanks

I’d send your photos & description of what is happening to RCBS & ask them to confirm what the respective threads are on each part. Might be sensible to give them the OD of the screw & ID of the tapped hole too (in imperial not mm). I’d imagine that somewhere along the line there’s been a change in manufacturing & it’s not been properly managed so they are sending out new parts to fit old measures. Is there a change record on the parts sheet, ie version number & date? Is there any date info on the packaging for the measure?
