6.5mm Creedmoor ECX

Hi, can't find this on any extending threads but please point me to one of their is... I'm currently using factory loaded 120 Hornady CX in 6.5 Creedmoor for roe, and have had great results with last 6 deer dropping on the spot and little meat damage (traditional placement and hilar, at 100-200 yards). However I'm keen to try the ECX, to reduce overpenetration and ricochet risk. Does anyone know of a UK stockest of factory loaded 120 or 140 ECX in 6.5 Creedmoor?

Also does anyone have loads data for the 120 ECX, as a local supplier will load it up to a given load, but Hornady reloading manual only seems to have the 140 data. I'd also considered the Geko Star or Zero but was told by a couple of suppliers that neither was coming into the UK in 6.5 Creed moor, but if anyone knows otherwise I'd be keen to know! Cheers

Personally the CX factory loads didnt group well in my 6.5 Creed ...better results from Sako Blade and S&B Blue before I moved to homeloads (120 gr Barnes TTSX).

Interested in why you are worried about "overpenetration and ricochet" though? Given its roe you are shooting the bullet will be going straight through ...unless you are shooting at much longer ranges.. and I have yet to have a ricochet with the creed.

I’ve a feeling they’ve only just been released, so that may be why we aren’t seeing them over here.

I’ve also had very poor accuracy with the CX in the Creed, but have found it fine with other calibres.
