Help with DSC1 question on fallow deer in spring

When your'e fed up with the computer,grab a pair of binoculars,go outside and have a look.Its all happening and the answers will all fall into place.Yes the questions and answers are invaluable but it all slots into place if you watch it happen.
 
im lucky in that respect ,just up the road is calke abbey with its fallow and red herds in a park .so lotsa deer to study through the glasses.also theres lotsa wild deer knocking about the privately owned ,syndicated shoots here abouts:banghead:.so plenty to study as they go out n about
 
I feel many people who try to learn/revise for DSC1 by constantly doing mock tests on the interweb are actually making it more difficult for themselves. What they are really doing is trying to remember a series of numbers and letters then get in a muddle about whether 180=C etc. It isn't a kims game or code breaking exercise.

I don't agree. I think people taking the mock tests are trying to get a feel for what is likely to be asked, the manner in which it is likely to be asked and the correct answer to the questions. Sure, the background reading should be done and understood, but the way that one communicates ability to the examining body is to correctly pick answers. (For right or for wrong.)

That certainly sums up the approach that I took - do the background work and then check progress against the question bank.
 
Thanks for all your help and advice. I got my results on Saturday, and I've passed.

Jelen were great. Classroom tuition very good, and online quiz was excellent.
